This Cookie Policy explains how Zink Labs LLC ("we," "us," or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies in connection with DataObserv (the "Service"). It describes what these technologies are, why we use them, and how you can control them. DataObserv is a business data-observability tool; we do not run advertising or cross-site behavioral tracking.
1. What Are Cookies and Similar Technologies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser when you visit a website. They are used to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and provide core functionality.
We also use browser localStorage and sessionStorage, which serve similar purposes under the ePrivacy Directive (Article 5(3)). References to "cookies" in this policy include these technologies unless stated otherwise.

We use privacy-preserving product analytics and error diagnostics to keep the Service reliable. We do not use these for advertising and we do not sell or share this data for cross-context behavioral advertising.

3. Managing Cookies and Browser Storage
Most browsers let you:

Disabling strictly necessary cookies will prevent the Service from working (for example, you will not be able to stay signed in). Common paths: Chrome — Settings > Privacy and Security > Cookies; Firefox — Settings > Privacy & Security > Cookies and Site Data; Safari — Preferences > Privacy; Edge — Settings > Cookies and site permissions.
4. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Because there is no common standard for "Do Not Track" (DNT) browser signals, we do not currently respond to DNT. We do not engage in cross-context behavioral advertising, so there is no advertising to opt out of.
5. California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)
